Rescue workers dealt with aftermath of Russian evening strikes on Kharkiv – photo

Residential buildings, shops and an educational institution were damaged, and two fires occupying 15 square metres broke out as a result of Russian strikes on the central part of the city of Kharkiv on the evening of 23 January.

The State Emergency Service employees evacuated 16 people, including 2 children. The State Emergency Service psychologists provided support to local residents.

Early reports indicate that at least nine people were injured.
