Russia says its forces struck Ukrainian personnel in Kupyansk area

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, “more than 20 Ukrainian military personnel, two cars, an Akatsiya self-propelled artillery mount, a Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery mount, as well as a field ammunition depot near the village of Berestovoe, Kharkov region, were destroyed”
