Russian army attempts to advance on 7 fronts – General Staff report

66 combat clashes took place at the front, the Russians tried to advance on seven fronts over the past day.

Quote: “In total, the enemy launched 47 air strikes and carried out 25 attacks using multiple-launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas.”

“During the day, the aircraft of the Defence Forces carried out seven strikes on areas where enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated.

Ukraine’s Rocket Forces struck three ammunition storage points, six artillery pieces, and an enemy air defence radar station.”

Details: On the Kupiansk front, the Russians conducted unsuccessful assault actions near Synkivka, Petropavlivka and Ivanivka (Kharkiv Oblast). Here, Ukraine’s Defence Forces repelled 11 Russian attacks.

All Russian attacks were repelled on the Lyman front near Nadiia and Makiivka (Luhansk Oblast).

On the Bakhmut front, there were seven unsuccessful hostile attacks near the settlements of Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Andriivka (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Avdiivka front, Russian invaders conducted unsuccessful assault actions with air support in the area of Stepove, Avdiivka, Tonenke and Sieverne (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Marinka front, Russian forces conducted unsuccessful assault actions with air support in the area of Marinka and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk Oblast), where Ukraine’s Defence Forces repelled 14 hostile attacks. 

On the Shakhtarsk front, the Russians conducted unsuccessful assault operations, using air support near the settlements of Vodiane, Novoukrainka and Staromaiorske (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Zaporizhzhia front, Ukrainian soldiers repelled a Russian attack near Verbove (Zaporizhzhia Oblast). 

At the same time, Ukraine’s Defence Forces continue to conduct an offensive operation on the Melitopol front and offensive (assault) actions on the Bakhmut front, inflicting significant losses in manpower and equipment on the Russian forces and exhausting the Russians along the entire front line.
