Russian troops have struck Kupiansk, Kharkiv Oblast twice in the evening of 19 November, injuring four civilians.

Quote: “According to the investigation, on 19 November at around 16:00, the Russian Armed Forces attacked the town of Kupiansk. Two women aged 51 and 59 were injured.
At 17:00, the enemy attacked the town again. A woman and a man were injured.”

Details: Preliminary, the Russians used a Grad multiple-launch rocket system. Houses and outbuildings were damaged in the town.
