Russian attack on Kupiansk kills woman

The Russians attacked the city of Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast on 23 September, killing an 82-year-old woman.

Quote from Syniehubov: “The occupiers launched another strike on Kupiansk at around 09:00. Unfortunately, an 82-year-old civilian woman was killed.”
Details: Syniehubov said that law enforcement and emergency services were working at the scene. Earlier, the Air Force reported a missile threat in Kharkiv Oblast.
Background: On 22 September, the Russian army attacked Kupiansk, damaging houses and outbuildings and causing forest litter to catch fire. The Russians also struck the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, injuring a 64-year-old woman.
