Russian drone wreckage damages petrol station in Zhytomyr Oblast, one injured – photos

Russian forces attacked Zhytomyr Oblast on the night of 13-14 January. The wreckage of downed attack drones damaged petrol stations and cars, and one person was injured.

Quote: “During an enemy drone attack last night, drone debris damaged a building, petrol pumps and cars at a petrol station in Zhytomyr district. One person sustained shrapnel wounds to a limb.”
Details: Bunechko said that the person who sustained injuries was taken to hospital for surgery.
Background: Earlier, Ukraine’s Air Force reported that on the night of 13-14 January, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 80 Shahed-type attack drones and various types of decoy drones. Fifty-eight drones were destroyed, while another 21 disappeared from radar. Nevertheless, the Air Force noted that the downed Russian drones caused damage in Sumy, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy oblasts.
