Russian occupying administration reports explosions in Sevastopol: remains of Black Sea Fleet headquarters being razed

Explosions have rocked the central part of the Russian-occupied city of Sevastopol, Crimea, with the Russian occupying authorities claiming that these were “controlled detonations” targeting the remains of the Russian Black Sea Fleet building, previously hit by a Ukrainian missile.
