Russians apply most severe pressure on Pokrovsk front: 28 attacks over past day – Ukraine’s General Staff

A total of 73 combat clashes took place on the battlefield in Ukraine over the past 24 hours, and 28 of them occurred on the Pokrovsk front.

Quote: “At the moment, there have been 73 combat clashes. Over the course of the current day, the occupiers have launched one missile attack with two missiles and 35 airstrikes (including dropping 58 aerial bombs) on Ukrainian territory, and used 477 kamikaze drones. The enemy fired 2,734 times at the positions of our troops and populated areas using various types of weapons.”
Details: On the Kharkiv front, there were no active offensive operations. The Russians were trying to push Ukrainian units back by inflicting intense fire. The situation is under control.
On the Kupiansk front, the Russians attempted to approach Ukrainian positions near Druzheliubivka and Petropavlivka. Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled three Russian attacks.
On the Lyman front, the Russians carried out 11 attacks near Nevske, Serebrianka forest, Terny and Miasozharivka. No territories or positions were lost.
On the Siversk front, Russian forces attempted to break through the Ukrainian defences in the vicinity of Bilohorivka and Verkhnokamianske five times. They failed. The situation is under control.
On the Kramatorsk front, the activity of Russian troops was limited to five combat clashes. There were four attacks near Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Kalynivka, and all of them were successfully repelled by Ukrainian defenders. The situation is tense, a battle near Kalynivka is still ongoing.
The Russians were most active on the Pokrovsk front over the past day. In total, they attempted to break through the Ukrainian defences in the areas of Novoselivka Persha, Sokil, Yevhenivka, Kalynove, Novooleksandrivka, Yasnobrodivka, Novopokrovske and Prohres 28 times. 22 of those attacks were repelled, and six combat clashes are ongoing. Ukrainian defenders are taking measures to stabilise the situation and prevent the Russians from advancing deeper into Ukrainian territory.
On the Kurakhove front, the Russians attacked Ukrainian positions in the areas of Paraskoviivka and Krasnohorivka five times. They couldn’t reach their goals there. The situation is under the control of the defence forces of Ukraine.
Russian forces unsuccessfully stormed Ukrainian positions on the Vremivka front near Staromaiorske, Urozhaine and Novodarivka nine times.
The situation on the Orikhiv and Prydniprovske fronts remained unchanged, with no losses of positions or territory.
On other fronts, there were no significant changes in the combat situation.
Over the past day, Ukraine’s Air Force and units of the Rocket Forces and Artillery struck four areas where Russian military personnel were concentrated, a cluster of weapons and military equipment, an air defence system and a radar station.
