Russians attack bulk carrier headed to Izmail in Black Sea

In the small hours of 13 August, a Russian ship opened a “warning” fire on the Sukra Okan bulk carrier, which was heading for the Izmail port in Odesa Oblast of Ukraine under the flag of Palau. The incident took place in the Black Sea.
