A woman has been killed, four civilians wounded in the city of Vovchansk in Kharkiv Oblast, and a man has been injured in Vovchansk hromada, as a result of the Russian attack )A hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.).

Quote: “On 18 May, the invaders attacked the city of Vovchansk once again. A 60-year-old woman was killed. Two civilian men aged 55 and 60, as well as two other local residents aged 68 were injured.
The village of Ukrainske of Vovchansk hromada was also under enemy fire today. A 59-year-old civilian man was wounded.”
Details: Under the procedural supervision of the Chuhuiv District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv Oblast, pre-trial investigations were initiated into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
