Russia has struck the city of Vovchansk in Kharkiv Oblast with aircraft bombs, destroying a grain storage.

Quote: “Destroyed harvest and demolished buildings – the Russians continue striking civilian facilities. They launched an attack on the hangars with grain in Vovchansk from the sky.
The attack was launched at night, there was nobody but security guards there. Luckily, there were no people injured.”
Details: Reportedly, two glide bombs have destroyed a grain storage and a grain processing building.
A criminal proceeding was opened on the fact of violating the laws and customs of the war.
