Russians hit Beryslav, killing civilian

On the night of 19-20 October, the Russians launched missile attacks on the town of Kostyantynivka in Donetsk Oblast and the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi in Kharkiv Oblast. They shelled Kherson and Beryslav, and conducted an airstrike on Beryslav in the morning, killing one person.

Details: Klymenko reported at 08:57 that the Russian military had carried out an airstrike on the city of Beryslav an hour before. Early reports indicate that one person was killed. Units of Ukraine’s State Emergency Service and the National Police are inspecting the scene.
Donetsk Oblast: Russian forces launched four missiles at the city of Kostyantynivka at night. Six apartment buildings and a school were damaged. Early reports indicate there were no casualties.
Kharkiv Oblast: Russian forces conducted an airstrike on the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi. Four private houses and five shopping stalls were damaged.
Kherson Oblast: Russian forces conducted six airstrikes on the villages in Beryslav District. The city of Beryslav was under attack, too; the Russian military deployed multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) and artillery. A private house was damaged. Firefighters extinguished the fire.
Russian forces started shelling the city of Kherson at midnight. As a result of the attack, a private house was damaged. There were no casualties.
At the same time, Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of Kherson Oblast Military Administration, reported that the Russian army struck two settlements in Kherson Oblast, using combat aviation at around 04:00. They fired four aerial bombs at Zmiivka, and two more guided aerial bombs were aimed at Novoberyslav.
Over the past day, seven people were injured in Kherson Oblast due to the Russian aggression.
