The Russian military attacked a point for receiving humanitarian aid in Kupiansk, Kharkiv Oblast with a drone on 14 August. As a result of the attack, a 64-year-old man was injured.

Details: It is noted that an investigative-operational group, forensic experts and explosives experts reached the crime scene. Investigators have opened criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war.
