The Russians attacked the territory of the State Emergency Service unit on the night of 3-4 January in the city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Details: The authorities noted that the Russians attacked the city with heavy artillery and Grad MLRS. They also used a kamikaze drone.
