On the evening of 13 January, Russian troops attacked the town of Chuhuiv in Kharkiv Oblast with a UAV, injuring a child.

Quote: “According to the investigation, on 13 January at around 19:00, Russian troops launched an attack drone on Chuhuiv. The UAV hit the courtyard of a five-storey apartment building, shattering windows and damaging a car.
A 19-month-old girl suffered an acute stress reaction. Doctors provided the child with medical assistance.”
