Russians still have communication problems despite using Starlink – Defence Intelligence

The Russian occupiers are experiencing communication problems despite having obtained Starlink satellite internet terminals, Defence Intelligence representative Andrii Yusov has said on the national joint 24/7 newscast.
“The enemy still has problems with communications. And this high-precision solution is of no help to them globally, but it does show the whole world that the ‘world’s second-greatest army’ cannot do without their stolen Starlinks,” Yusov said.
Yusov explained that Russia smuggles Starlink terminals in through parallel trading.
Background:
The Russians have started using Elon Musk’s SpaceX Starlink terminals at their positions.
Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) confirmed on Sunday that Russian occupying forces are using Starlink satellite communications systems.
On Monday, it was reported that Russia continues to engage in so-called parallel trading, buying Starlink through third countries.
DIU also said that Russia purchases Starlink satellite internet terminals in Arab countries.
The terminals are sold in Russia by private sellers who charge RUB 240,000-299,000 (about US$2,600-3,300) per device.
