Russians strike Kupiansk district, killing 1 man, injuring another

One man has been killed, another has been injured as a result of Russian mortar and artillery attacks on the Kupiansk district in Kharkiv Oblast on 21 February.

Quote: “At about 12:40, the Russian Armed Forces launched mortar and artillery attacks on the village of Ivanivka in Petropavlivka hromada, wounding a 52-year-old local man [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.].
Moreover, at about 14:00, the Russians struck the village of Dvorichna with artillery, killing a civilian.”
Details: The prosecutor’s office noted that the identity of the killed man is being specified.
