The Russian army has struck civilian infrastructure of Yampil hromada in Sumy Oblast, injuring a man (A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories).

Quote: “The investigation reports that on 16 April 2024 at about 15:00, using the methods of waging war forbidden by international law, the occupiers launched an airstrike on the territory of Yampil hromada in the Shostka district.
As a result of the attack, the property of two private companies has been damaged, mainly industrial facilities and a vehicle. A 29-year-old entrepreneur has been injured.”
