The Russian aircraft struck the civilian infrastructure in the Yampil hromada in Sumy Oblast on the morning of 13 September, killing two civilians and injuring six, including a four-year-old child. The prosecutor’s office reports that as a result of the Russian attack, two men aged 54 and 60 were killed.
