Valerii Zaluzhnyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has stated that the Moskva missile cruiser should not have been in the Black Sea. Still, the Russians “dragged this rusty bucket into the destruction zone”, and the Ukrainians took advantage of it.
