Security guard in case about closed shelter released from jail

The Kyiv Court of Appeal changed the preventive measure to Vadym Moshkin, the guard in the case of people being killed in a missile strike because of a shelter door being closed. Instead of being in a pre-trial detention centre, he was confined to a night house arrest.
