Security in Black Sea and air defence coalition: Ukraine’s Defence Minister speaks of Ramstein meeting results

Rustem Umierov, Ukraine’s Defence Minister, announced the results of the 17th meeting in the Ramstein format on the evening of 22 November.

Details: According to Umierov, the meeting formed a new coalition of Ground-Based Air Defence. Leaders in the coalition are Germany and France, with 20 other countries participating in total.
The Netherlands has prepared €2 billion for military assistance to Ukraine.
Estonia will provide US$1.5 million for the activities of the IT coalition in addition to Luxembourg’s commitment of €10 million.
The UK and Norway, within the framework of the Maritime Coalition, will look for ways to further strengthen security in the Black Sea. In addition, along with counterparts in Brussels, work will continue on the movement of Ukraine towards NATO.
