A Russian Shahed drone has hit a two-storey residential building in Esman hromada, Sumy Oblast, causing destruction; people are trapped under the rubble, three have already been rescued [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.].

Details: It is reported that there is destruction, and people are trapped under the rubble. All necessary services are working at the site.
Three people have been rescued from under the rubble. They are being provided with medical assistance.
