Sierra Ventures, a venture-capital firm that targets startups in sectors including enterprise tech, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and healthcare, has raised a $265 million fund, allowing it to keep with its “right-sized fund” approach, managing partner Mark Fernandes said.
