Taiwan financial firms’ exposure to Israel tops NT$172 billion
Taipei, Oct. 13 (CNA) The local financial sector’s exposure to Israel, which has declared war on the militant group Hamas, exceeded NT$172 billion as of the end of August, with the insurance sector accounting for about 98 percent of the total exposure, according to the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC).
