Taiwan shares end down before Fed meeting ends
Taipei, Sept. 20 (CNA) Shares in Taiwan extended losses from a session earlier to close below 16,600 points Wednesday as caution continued to dominate the market before the U.S. Federal Reserve concludes its two-day policymaking meeting later in the day, dealers said.
