Taiwan shares end up even though TSMC falls
Taipei, May 2 (CNA) Shares in Taiwan closed higher Tuesday even as contract chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) remained weak amid lingering concerns over inventory adjustments in the global IC industry, dealers said.
