Taiwan shares end up; TSMC falls before investor conference
Taipei, July 20 (CNA) Shares in Taiwan closed slightly higher Thursday, while contract chipmaker Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. moved lower ahead of an investor conference set to start after the market closed, dealers said.
