TPP proposes polling methods as electoral pact remains elusive
Taipei, Oct. 17 (CNA) The Taiwan People’s Party (TPP) on Tuesday proposed two methods of conducting polls to determine whether the TPP’s Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) or the Kuomintang’s (KMT) Hou Yu-ih (侯友宜) is the stronger candidate to run against Vice President Lai Ching-te (賴清德), who is representing the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) in the Jan. 13 presidential election.
