Tropical storm to be formed as soon as Wednesday
Taipei, July 18 (CNA) The fifth tropical storm in the western Pacific this season may form in the next day or two, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) forecast Tuesday, but it was not yet clear if the storm will affect Taiwan.
