Typhoon Saola’s outer rim forecast to touch land Wednesday
Taipei, Aug. 29 (CNA) The outer rim of Typhoon Saola is expected to make contact with southern Taiwan around noon Wednesday, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said, adding that it may issue a land warning at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
