Typhoon storm circle to leave Taiwan and its offshore islands Friday
Taipei, July 28 (CNA) Taiwan proper is expected to be out of Typhoon Doksuri’s storm circle before noon on Friday, while the offshore Kinmen and Penghu islands will have to wait until the afternoon or evening, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
