Zelenska, in particular, admitted that she is currently attempting to rekindle her childhood creative abilities.

Quote: “When I was a girl, I was in music school. There was plenty of music around. I played [piano]. Then I graduated from music school, put the piano away, and began a free life, as I thought then. And recently, I rediscovered the instrument and realised I needed it. Maybe to play it sometimes,” she said.

“Because you create music rather than simply listen to it. Even your body resonates with instruments that produce sound. It’s so private, even physically. As a result, I’m currently looking for ways to rediscover my skills within myself. Of course, there is almost nothing left of them, but my hands remember something,” she added.

Details: As for anxiety, the first lady advises not to hide from your feelings and not ignore them.

“I’ve realised that I experience two types of anxiety. The first is when I realise why I’m worried. For example, when I am worried about an upcoming event and need to prepare for it. This is reasonable anxiety, so to speak.

There is also irrational anxiety. Just a bad inner feeling. And in moments like this, I wonder if there’s anything I can do to make things better. In the first case, I simply begin to prepare for the event. I understand that if I procrastinate, as I sometimes do, the consequences will be worse. I will suffer until the end, and this suffering will never end. To stop suffering, you need to do as much as possible in order to calm down, prepare for the event,” Zelenska advises.

“In the second case, if you have nothing to offer yourself, you should engage in physical activities. I am reassured by physical education and sports. Always. After at least an hour, the mind is in the right place. I tried to meditate, but it seems I need to practise more, because I haven’t experienced the miraculous effects yet. But I know it will come if I keep going. But if I can’t just calm down, I have to do something, physically,” Zelenska said.
