Ukraine’s Foreign Minister discusses provision of humanitarian aid with his Turkish counterpart

Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, had his first conversation ever with Hakan Fidan, the newly-appointed Head of Türkiye’s Foreign Ministry.
