Details: The event concluded with a resounding triumph for Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs), who received nominations in four categories.
He won three awards: Fighter of the Year, Event of the Year (for Usyk’s first fight against Tyson Fury), and Round of the Year (for the 9th round in his first match against Fury).
Oleksandr was also nominated for the Fight of the Year award. While Serhii Bohachuk (25-2, 24 KOs) was also a strong contender for his fight against Vergil Ortiz, the award ultimately went to the fight between Otabek Kholmatov and Raymond Ford.
