Ukrainian parliament accepts Umerov’s resignation as head of State Property Fund

At a meeting on 5 September, Ukraine’s parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, accepted the resignation of Rustem Umerov, Head of the State Property Fund, who is to take up the post of Defence Minister.
