Ukrainian State Emergency Service employee injured in repeated Russian strike on substation

An employee of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) was injured in a Russian drone attack on a substation in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Details: On 17-18 August, the Russians launched a UAV on a substation in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, causing a fire to break out. SES employees had arrived on the site when the Russians attacked again.
A State Emergency Service employee was hurt in the second attack and sent to hospital. The fire at the substation was extinguished.
Over the past day, power engineers restored power supply to 5,512 customers who had lost electricity due to hostilities.
In general, 485 villages do not have power as of the morning of 18 August because of attacks.
Background: There are no plans to apply a schedule of hourly power outages on 18 August.
