Vice President Lai arrives in Paraguay
Asunción, Paraguay, Aug. 14 (CNA) Vice President Lai Ching-te (賴清德) has arrived in Asunción, the capital of Taiwan’s South American diplomatic ally Paraguay, to attend the inauguration of Paraguayan President-elect Santiago Peña on Tuesday.
