Wanted fugitive extradited from Thailand to Taiwan
Taipei, June 21 (CNA) A Taiwanese man charged with defrauding investors of NT$20.1 billion (US$649.26 million) through using falsified financial statements from a now delisted drug company, and who had been at large since 2020, was brought back to Taiwan Wednesday, the Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau (MJIB) has announced.
