Marianna Budanova, the wife of the Chief of Ukrainian Defence Intelligence, was poisoned, in particular, with arsenic and mercury.

Details: Earlier, Ukrainska Pravda sources reported that Budanov’s wife was poisoned with heavy metals which were most likely added to her food.

Background:

On the morning of 28 November, Ukrainska Pravda sources reported that Marianna Budanova, the wife of Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of Ukrainian Defence Intelligence, was poisoned. She is alive and has passed the first stage of treatment.
Defence Intelligence subsequently confirmed the poisoning of the wife of the head of intelligence.
