Russian forces struck the city of Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast on 13 September, injuring a civilian.

Quote: “Today at about 15:20 the occupiers struck Kupiansk. The enemy used an FPV-drone to drop a projectile.

As a result of the enemy attack a 30-year-old woman received a blast injury and a shrapnel wound. She has been treated by medics on the spot.”
