Yunlin preschool caught taping ‘energetic’ children to chairs, floor
Yunlin, Oct. 25 (CNA) Local education officials in Yunlin County said Tuesday they had opened an investigation into two preschool workers who restrained “energetic” children by taping them to chairs and the floor.
